Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social on the Communications team. You will lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists, driving enterprise and mid-market campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and more.

You’ll set client goals, ensure adherence to best practices, and remove roadblocks to drive client success. This remote-first role is based in the United States with some office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in performance/digital marketing agency (B2B preferred).
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists and set excellence standards.
• Set goals for client engagements within the pod.
• Ensure best practices and our Social Advertising methodology are followed.
• Identify and remove roadblocks in 1x1 conversations with strategists.
• Establish action plans to ensure strategy success and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, not just management, with clear communication.
