Job summary

Everyday Dose in the United States is seeking a Senior Performance Designer to own direct response creative across Meta, Google, and Amazon. You will lead high-performing static and motion ads while guiding a small design team, blending strategy with hands-on execution to drive conversions.

This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in the U.S. and collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Creative Strategist teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years design experience for DTC brands.
• Experience designing ads for Meta, Google, and Amazon.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-performing ads.
• Strong design toolkit skills in Figma, Photoshop, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution across paid media with a focus on conversion-driven creative.
• Create static ads, thumbnails, banners, motion graphics, and visual toolkits.
• Partner with Creative Strategist team to translate messaging into visuals that drive results.
• Drive creative testing strategy and iterations based on performance data.
• Collaborate with Growth, UGC, and Brand teams for launches and campaigns.
