Job summary

ecoATM/Gazelle is seeking a senior paid search leader to optimize our global online advertising program. You will run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, scale AI-based placements, and own the strategy to drive incremental growth while coordinating with web, creative and SEO teams.

Remote role based in the United States, with base pay disclosed and aligned to market data. You will report to the Director of Paid Media and contribute to app campaigns, attribution, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience across major search platforms.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including bidding and keyword strategy.
• Experience with offline conversions, GA4 and conversion tracking auditing.
• Proven ability to grow paid search through testing and data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and native ability to explain complex results clearly.
• Experience with AI-ad placements and emerging search channels is a plus.
• Ability to own performance and drive investment decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads daily across Search, Performance Max and AI Max with structure, bids, budgets, keywords, and audiences.
• Build paid presence on AI platforms and test ChatGPT-related ads and new AI placements.
• Shape short- and long-term search strategy as AI changes the channel.
• Manage an always-on A/B testing roadmap to improve performance and attract investment.
• Grow app advertising and assess investment requirements for campaigns.
• Measure incremental value and coordinate with geo holdout tests on kiosk impact.
• Own pacing, forecasting and weekly performance reporting with clear learnings.
