Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Manager of Paid Search to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid search campaigns. This remote, player-coach role combines hands-on management with the leadership of a Paid Search Specialist, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in paid search, bidding, analytics, and performance optimization, with a track record of data-driven decision making and talent

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Experience managing large-budget paid search programs.
• Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Paid Search Strategy & Execution: Own planning, execution, optimization, and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Build, validate reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop team members; set goals and performance expectations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication: Align with analytics, CRM, creative, merchandising, and stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance.
