Job summary

Magic, Inc is seeking a data‑driven Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs, with a $225K–$250K+ monthly budget responsibility. You will lead bidding, structure campaigns, and optimize across Branded, Non‑Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Landing Page teams, design experiments, and deliver weekly performance insights to leadership. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search management.
• Monthly budgets of $150K+ under management.
• Expertise with tROAS bidding and Smart Bidding mechanics.
• GA4 analytics, attribution modeling, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads for revenue growth.
• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation across high‑intent search, PMax, and Demand Gen.
• Structure and optimize Branded, Non‑Branded, and PMax campaigns; scale Demand Gen campaigns across YouTube/Discover/Gmail.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and assets.
• Ensure conversion tracking accuracy and OCT integration; collaborate with analytics teams.
