Wow Remote Teams is assisting a US-based ecommerce client in finding a Paid Ads Specialist to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising. You will own large budgets and drive ROAS while protecting profitability.

Automotive aftermarket experience is highly valued, especially with truck accessories and diesel products. You will develop multi-channel campaigns, optimize feeds, and use GA4/GTMs to measure success, with full remote

Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable bets.
• Experience managing large ecommerce advertising budgets and reporting implications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Oversee monthly budgets up to $100,000, allocating spend by performance and priorities.
• Create and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Lead Meta advertising initiatives including prospecting, retargeting, and catalog campaigns.
• Refine bidding, segmentation, structure, and budget allocation to boost efficiency.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and profitability; adjust tactics accordingly.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and scale profitable initiatives.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and bids.
• Manage product feeds via Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and Microsoft Merchant Center.
• Improve Shopping visibility through feed optimization and taxonomy.
• Develop strategies for priority brands, categories, and SKUs considering margins.
• Resolve feed errors and policy issues with internal teams.
• Use GA4 and GTM to track performance and verify conversions.
• Maintain accurate measurement of purchases and revenue; investigate attribution differences.
• Prepare clear performance reports and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing/ecommerce teams on launches, promos, and inventory.
• Explore emerging channels including ChatGPT Ads and AI advertising.
• Proactively implement improvements for performance and growth.
