As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while delivering crisp reporting on results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination decisions.
• Set up and trust GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels for conversion tracking.
• Produce 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with numbers explained on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
