Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls and driving growth through campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You’ll work with US clients on live calls from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and knowing when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
