Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, and build trust with clients on live calls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign pruning.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
