Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency recruiting an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and client narratives on why decisions are made.

You are the strategic voice in meetings and the decision-maker on campaign moves. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, including budget, bidding, tracking, and 90-day roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
