Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You steer targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why you make the calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions and present 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps that tell the story behind the numbers. Remote role with US/Canada/South Africa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
