Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, steer budgets, bids, and creative testing, and drive the narrative on why results matter.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta, agency experience with multiple clients, and strong English on live calls with US clients. This is a remote role serving international markets in roofing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-facing examples.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Grow accounts through retention and upsell.
