Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Remote (US, Canada, or South Africa) to own paid media for roofing clients. You will lead budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, while providing clear attribution and strategic roadmap updates.

You will drive account growth, nurture client relationships, and act as the strategic voice on calls with roofing contractors in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
