Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bids, targeting, and when to optimize or kill a campaign.

You’ll lead conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and craft 90-day roadmaps with a data-driven story for calls with clients. Prior agency multi-client experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta for multiple clients.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously and across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns for roofing clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
