Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You own paid media strategy, budgeting, and the narrative on calls with clients across markets, acting as the strategic voice.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build a 90-day roadmap, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell while delivering transparent metrics to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta management.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setup.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
