Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You’ll own paid media strategy, budgets, pacing, and the narrative when clients ask why results look a certain way.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, track conformance with GA4 and Tag Manager, and guide multi-location roofing campaigns across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run, and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA growth with numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
