Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own all paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and testing, and provide clear narrative on campaign performance.

You will implement precise conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels, and deliver 90-day roadmaps with a focus on growth, retention and client satisfaction. Remote position with US/Canada/SA coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
