Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will shape targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and the narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice and decision-maker.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency experience handling several clients. Clear English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and tell the client story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
