Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, and narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and own attribution and roadmap development for 90 days and beyond. Strong client-facing English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
