This full-time, remote role requires 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience, and clear English on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
