Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives on calls.

Role demands 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience, and clear English with US clients. This is a remote position spanning Canada, South Africa, or USA.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with client case studies.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US-based clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
