Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is offering a DR Invoice and Payments Intern role, a paid internship running January 2027 through June 2027. The intern will support invoice creation, payments processing, vendor data maintenance, and process improvements within a dynamic DR operations team.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Student actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Interest in green energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Demand Response operational activity to ensure the invoice creation and payments process runs smoothly.
• Assist in vendor creation and maintaining account/vendor data.
• Maintain accurate account data on Salesforce with internal and external stakeholder input using a variety of tools, including Microsoft Excel.
• Identify and implement improvements to productivity, efficiency, and business operations.
• Fulfill ad-hoc analyses to support the Demand Response Invoice/Payment processing team as needed
