Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Intern to join the Customer Operations Group. From January 2027 to June 2027, you will support enrolling new customers in demand response, assist with onboarding activities, and help ensure readiness of existing customers.

The role involves CRM data-entry, reporting, and learning program rules to convey to customers. The internship is paid at $22/hour with full-time (remote) work regimen.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Keen problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer success in North America and onboarding projects.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, CRM data-entry, and customer outreach.
• Learn and explain general program rules and nuances to demand response customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts.
