Enel X is offering a paid full‑time internship in North America to join the Customer Onboarding team. You will help enroll new customers in demand response, support onboarding, and communicate program details to clients.

The role emphasizes education, process improvement, and hands‑on CRM use with Salesforce and Excel. The program runs January 2027 through June 2027, with opportunities to contribute to reporting, customer outreach, and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications

• Students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Inquisitive and thorough with strong attention to detail.
• Keen problem‑solving / growth mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; previous customer service skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel, Visio, PPT).

Responsabilités

• Support Enel X customer success in North America.
• Update and report critical information about new customer projects.
• Learn and be able to explain general program rules and nuances to demand response customers.
• Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reporting, customer outreach, CRM data-entry, etc.
