Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking an Energy Markets Intern to join the Enel X team for January 2027 through June 2027. You will support enrollment activities with utility partners, coordinate across teams, and maintain Salesforce data while driving process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated interest in green energy industry or sustainability.
• Familiarity with R or VBA a plus.
• Experience in operations, financial operations, or project management.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with ability to work as a team and independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Demand Response enrollment activity with utility partners and grid operators.
• Coordinate across internal and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot issues and fulfill enrollment requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data on Salesforce with input from stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to productivity and operations.
• Fulfills ad-hoc analyses to support the Energy Markets team.
