Job summary

BxB Media, a fast-growing BDR-focused company, seeks a Manager of Paid Ads to lead the paid advertising team responsible for Google Ads and related channels. You’ll guide strategy, ensure campaign quality, and optimize for qualified leads and booked jobs while managing a 3–5 person team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, client communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve campaigns and ROI. Remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years Google paid ads management experience.
• 5+ years managing/coaching a team.
• Google AdWords, Search, Display and Video Ad Certifications.
• Experience managing Local Services Ads, Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Experience running paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing paid media for local or service-based businesses; home services or trades preferred.
• Experience overseeing a large portfolio of client accounts with $2–$3M monthly ad spend.
• Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators.
• CRM database experience.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Customer service focus.
• Innovative, curious, and highly motivated.
• HVAC or similar industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid ads team and ensure quality, performance, and profitability of campaigns.
• Supervise and coach a team of 3–5 Paid Media Specialists.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Oversee paid social on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as a secondary channel.
• Set campaign standards, review work, and intervene on complex accounts.
• Translate performance data into clear business language for contractors.
• Collaborate with coaching, creative, website, and project management teams.
