Job summary

Hire Hangar seeks a Remote Paid Ads Manager to own hands‑on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA. You will collaborate with external Programmatic and CTV partners to drive upper‑funnel initiatives and improve tracking and automation.

You will implement automated bidding, analyze performance trends, and help test new lead‑generation channels while documenting processes for scalability. Remote work across US time zones is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display/PMAX).
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Agency experience and remote collaboration proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Support planning and optimization of upper-funnel campaigns with Programmatic and CTV partners.
• Coordinate targeting, budgets, and performance feedback with Programmatic/CTV partners.
