Job summary

Position Xero is a founder-led performance marketing agency delivering remote client work worldwide, with focus in the US, UK, Australia and SA. This role is 100% remote and full-time, requiring hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, and accountability for budgets across accounts in USD and ZAR.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, implement GA4 tracking and Conversions API, and report cost-per-lead through a monthly video update and Looker Studio dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, in-platform experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Owned monthly budget and made the spend decisions yourself.
• Conversion tracking you set up: GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, the Meta pixel/Conversions API, and offline or call conversions.
• Able to explain results to a non-marketer in writing and on video.
• Overlap with US and SA business hours is part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns inside client Google Ads and Meta accounts: keyword and audience research, ad groups, negative lists, ad copy, creative briefs and conversion actions.
• Run the first optimisation pass within 48 hours of launch: search terms, placements, bids and budget splits.
• Own conversion tracking end to end: GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and offline or call conversions.
• Own the monthly budget across accounts in dollars and rand.
• Report the Day 30 cost-per-lead against kickoff target, via monthly video report and Looker Studio dashboard.
• Provide feedback on messaging, form length, page speed and testing offers; coordinate with SEO/AI SEO to align paid and organic leads.
