bxb media is seeking a Manager of Paid Ads to lead our paid advertising team and drive profitable campaigns for diverse clients. You will oversee 3-5 specialists, manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta social campaigns, and set standards for performance and reporting.

Remote role with flexible hours; salary range $75,000–$90,000 and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years Google paid ads management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing, coaching, or supervising a team.
• Google AdWords, Search, Display and Video Ad Certifications.
• Demonstrated experience managing Local Services Ads, Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Experience running paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing paid media for local or service-based businesses; home services or trades experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing a large portfolio of client accounts across team members and $2-3M in monthly ad spend.
• Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators.
• CRM database experience.
• High communicator via phone and email.
• Customer service focused.
• Innovative, curious, and highly motivated.
• HVAC or similar industry experience desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid advertising team and oversee quality, performance and profitability of paid media.
• Supervise 3-5 Paid Media Specialists; manage campaigns in Google Ads, LSAs, Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Collaborate with Meta Ads Manager for paid social campaigns.
• Set campaign standards and strategy; review and improve the team's work.
• Communicate results to contractors with varying marketing knowledge; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with coaching, creative, website and project management teams.
