Job summary

Hmixray is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and validation of PACS and related DeepHealth imaging solutions at hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with radiologists, IT staff, and vendors to deliver reliable DICOM workflows, enterprise imaging connectivity, and compliant IT operations, while supporting on-call rotations.

This role requires strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT implementation or support (healthcare preferred).
• Proven experience with PACS, radiology workflow, DICOM, and HL7.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers and general IT support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based processes.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and validation of PACS solutions.
• Coordinate tasks and serve as the primary client contact through project milestones.
• Deploy PACS in customer environments and ensure DICOM workflow connectivity.
• Provide second-level technical support during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain incident and workflow records in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to process improvements and compliance with IT policies.
• Support customers with clear updates and guidance; participate in on-call rotations.
