Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive end-to-end technical delivery of PACS build, integration, and migration projects, serving as a subject matter expert in DICOM, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards.

You will design and troubleshoot integrations between PACS, RIS, EPR, VNA, and third-party systems, translating clinical workflows into scalable technical solutions, and you will mentor engineers while coordinating the implementation team's day-to-day activities.
