DeepHealth is seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive end-to-end deployment, integration, and validation of PACS and related imaging solutions at hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will work with radiologists, IT staff, and vendors to ensure reliable DICOM workflows and enterprise imaging connectivity.

The role involves coordinating tasks, providing second-level IT support, and collaborating across teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in an IT technical implementation or support role, preferably in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with PC and server platforms and command-line administration on Linux and Windows.
• Proficiency with Windows client and server operating systems and Linux system administration.
• Strong networking and IT skills, with experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products.
• Experience with ITIL-based support processes and ticketing systems; PACS, radiology workflow, DICOM, and HL7 experience.
• Familiarity with EMR/clinical software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary implementation resource for client projects from kick-off through completion.

• Coordinate project tasks and milestones and act as primary contact for customer communication and issue resolution.

• Deploy, integrate, and validate PACS and imaging solutions, including DICOM workflow and enterprise imaging connectivity.

• Provide second-level technical support for healthcare IT systems, troubleshooting escalated issues during and after implementation.

• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex technical problems.

• Maintain incident/workflow records in the ticketing system.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation and support processes and knowledge base.

• Support key customers with updates and guidance to maintain strong relationships.
