Ladders is seeking a Packaging Sales Rep in Phoenix, AZ. This remote role targets territory growth across new and existing end-user accounts, partnering with inside sales and key stakeholders to win business and sustain relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only; compensation $113,752 – $139,031 annually. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and field sales experience; relocation and company vehicle may be offered. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Three years of field sales experience in a defined territory.
• Current, valid driver's license required.
• Master's degree in Business or Sales Development preferred.
• Five years of professional field sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new and existing end-user customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and inside resources.
• Determine sales goals and utilize resources to meet objectives.
• Support relationships with key personnel in the buying process.
• Provide input on short- and long-term growth targets.
