Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative to work in a remote-based role with regular plant time in the Phoenix Metro area. You will be responsible for winning new corrugated packaging accounts across Arizona and surrounding markets, building your own book of business, and leveraging strong plant support.

This is a true growth Hunter role with uncapped commission potential and a first-year OTE of $150K–$200K. You will report to the Sales Manager in a full-time capacity.

• Experience in outside sales or new business development preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a book of business.
