Job summary

Conner Industries, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Sales Representative to drive growth for pallet, container, and protective packaging solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop new business in the Lewisburg, TN and Guthrie, KY region, and coordinate with nationwide plants.

This remote-friendly role requires up to 50% regional travel, including overnights, and a proven sales track record. Five+ years in packaging sales and strong presentation, negotiation, and account-management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pallet, container, protective packaging, or 3PL sales.
• Coursework in business-related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong proficiency in presentations and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Secure new custom protective packaging solutions for Lewisburg, TN and Guthrie, KY.
• Develop new business within the regional market and pursue strategic opportunities nationwide.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
• Negotiate pricing contracts tailored to client needs.
• Oversee onboarding through production to ensure customer satisfaction.
