Conner Industries, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary operational contact for designated plants, sales reps, and customers.

You will manage day-to-day orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing, coordinating with production, scheduling, logistics, purchasing, and accounting. The role offers a $65,000 base salary plus a 5% target bonus and requires strong ERP proficiency (Acumatica, XBI) and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer operations, order management or related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience preferred (Acumatica, XBI).
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary operational contact for designated customers and answer orders, shipments, pricing and invoicing questions.
• Build customer relationships through proactive communication and escalation to Sales as needed.
• Process customer purchase orders and updates in ERP systems (Acumatica/XBI).
• Monitor open orders, verify pricing, specs, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate daily with production, scheduling, shipping, and logistics.
• Provide order status updates and manage expedited orders and priorities.
