The Packaging Sales Representative will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, focused on the Lewisburg, TN and Guthrie, KY region. Responsibilities include developing new business, presenting tailored solutions using wood, foam and corrugate, negotiating proposals, and overseeing ongoing account management while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pallet, container, protective packaging, or 3PL sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50% regionally, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience in complex manufacturing and service-based sales is advantageous.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong proficiency in presentations and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop and present customized packaging solutions and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing contracts and close deals while managing profitability.
• Maintain ongoing account management and expand revenue in existing accounts.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and forecast sales accurately.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth production and delivery.
