Job summary

TricorBraun Holdings Inc. seeks a Packaging Consultant to help customers master the complex details of packaging. You will identify needs, assemble the right products, collaborate with our design team, and guide customers through final product changes.

Overnight travel is expected as part of the role. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in consultative sales to mid-market and large businesses, with strong communication, CRM proficiency, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s (preferred) with 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Multiple years in consultative sales with medium to large businesses involving lengthy sales cycles (3 months to 2 years).
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and your calendar of events.
• Microsoft Suite product knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Help customers master the complex details of packaging and identify needs.
• Build sales by matching products, coordinating with design experts, and finalizing product changes.
• Occasional overnight travel to support customers and close deals.
