The role blends branch, field, and remote work, with two days per week in branch locations and up to 30% travel to support high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of revenue growth and results.
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, performance analysis, and profitability decisions.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting complex sales opportunities and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable revenue growth across the Pacific Northwest by developing a high-performing sales team and strengthening key customer relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and hold Sales Representatives accountable for individual and team goals.
• Develop regional sales strategies to grow revenue, utilization, market share, and profitability.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast to support revenue, staffing, inventory, and growth decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and other teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
