Job summary

Salto Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the West Business Unit in the Pacific Northwest region. The role involves building and managing a diverse partner network, driving growth, and meeting regional targets.

The ideal candidate will be an independent, proactive leader who builds relationships, travels ~50% of the time, and collaborates with Territory Managers and internal teams to execute strategic plans across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and

Qualifications

Must reside within the assigned territory.
Experience in sales management.
Strong relationship-building, communication, organization.
Ability to travel ~50%.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Security/access control industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly sales targets by developing new business and growing existing accounts.
Develop and manage relationships with Business Partners and end users.
Provide direction and coaching to Territory Managers and partners.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and execute sales plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales objectives.
Identify opportunities across SALTO offerings to expand territory.
Foster accountability and ethical competition while aligning with company goals.
