Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a PaaS Delivery Lead to guide the Contracts Product Lifecycle workstream, coordinating PaaS delivery, intake, prioritization, and security coordination. The role connects VA customers, DTC leadership, platform teams, cybersecurity, SIs, and executives to keep delivery momentum and governance intact. Remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progress towards completion preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years in PaaS delivery, program management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in complex, cross-functional environments; federal/VA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the PaaS Delivery workstream and project managers.
• Provide oversight across concurrent PaaS delivery activities with a platform-agnostic view.
• Set delivery, quality, documentation, and escalation practices across the workstream.
• Execute against federal and executive-level goals and provide reporting.
• Oversee PaaS product requests across the lifecycle and manage related records.
