Pegasystems is seeking a Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist to drive complex cloud transformations for enterprise clients, guiding migrations, upgrades, and production readiness.

You will collaborate with Consulting, Cloud Advisory, and Client Success teams, mentor peers, and manage delivery risks in a fully remote US role. Strong Pega knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud delivery, consulting, or implementation.
• Strong Pega platform knowledge is a huge plus with CLSA, or a CSSA
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements.
• Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-prem-to-cloud migrations.
• Serve as a key escalation point for multi-domain technical issues within cloud delivery engagements.
• Ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating as needed and driving mitigation plans.
• Mentor and support Cloud Delivery Specialists, helping build technical depth and delivery consistency.
