Job summary

ESR Motor Systems is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our National Division, selling industrial electric motors, variable frequency drives, gearboxes, and related power transmission products to reseller customers across the United States and globally.

This is a true sales role focused on sourcing solutions, competitive quoting, and building a book of repeat business with opportunities for new account development and commissions.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of inside sales experience in electric motors, power transmission, or related industrial distribution.
• Strong knowledge of industrial motors and related products.
• Experience with medium-voltage motor sales is a plus.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and source appropriate solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and quote requests by phone and email.
• Identify customer requirements and source motors, drives, gearboxes, and related products.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and follow up to win business.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Process orders and coordinate purchasing of special-order products.
• Provide order status and shipment information; offer expedited support.
• Prospect and develop new reseller accounts to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in ESR’s CRM/ERP systems.
