Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greensburg, PA, to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive financial performance. The role requires open availability, flexibility, and travel between locations for training and coverage.

The successful candidate will supervise daily operations, manage shifts, and mentor staff while upholding Curaleaf’s standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation ranges with benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or consumer service experience in a high-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of measuring success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Salesmanship with a track record of driving revenue.
• Strong cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Ability to work independently and run the business in absence of Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build loyal customer relationships and meet financial targets.
• Monitor and analyze customer service and coach team members.
• Share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive guest experience.
• Supervise store operations: opening/closing shifts, delegation, and scheduling.
• Oversee store finances: register counts, cash handling, deposits, and bookkeeping.
• Analyze inventory trends and supervise inventory management, ordering, stock levels, and avoiding outs/overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of POS systems and software (e.g., LeafLogix).
• Comply with company policies and maintain respectful relationships.
• Complete special assignments and assist team members as needed.
• Travel to other locations for training/coverage; Travel 10–25%.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
