Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a 2-month remote assignment focused on accounts payable and supplier management. The role supports onboarding, master data accuracy, and compliance across global partners while working US business hours.

You will analyze supplier data, drive process improvements, and collaborate with legal, risk, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and strengthen controls. Strong Excel reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable, supplier management or related operations.
• Hands-on with onboarding, vendor master data and documentation validation.
• Experience handling supplier inquiries on onboarding, invoicing, payments, and status.
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance controls and third-party risk management.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Preferred involvement in projects, system enhancements, automation initiatives, or change management.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work independently during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding and maintenance activities with accurate master data.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries regarding onboarding, invoices, and payments.
• Communicate onboarding progress and requirements to ensure timely resolution.
• Review supplier records to identify duplicates and keep documentation up to date.
• Support third-party risk management and KYS processes with legal and risk teams.
• Collaborate with internal audit to identify and address fraud and compliance issues.
• Analyze supplier-related data and develop reports on process inefficiencies and risks.
• Identify opportunities to standardize onboarding and reduce manual effort via automation.
• Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and testing for implementations.
• Document and communicate AP policies and process changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, sourcing, procurement, legal to improve supplier experience.
