Macmillan is seeking a detail-oriented P2P Systems Administrator to support the Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. You will serve as the technical resource for Accounts Payable and Procurement, managing day-to-day operations while enabling strategic initiatives.

This remote role is tied to our New York office and requires 3–5 years in finance systems administration, with hands-on experience on Xflow, Concur, Tipalti, and SAP integrations.

Formación

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance systems administration or related technical operations.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise software platforms (ERP, procurement, expense management, or payment systems).
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary administrator for our P2P technology stack, including Xflow, Concur, and Tipalti platforms.
• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and approval authority hierarchies across all platforms, ensuring access controls and compliance with segregation of duties (SOD).
• Monitor system health, batch processes, and data synchronization between integrated platforms and SAP core system.
• Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and integration failures; coordinate with software vendors for technical support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
