Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is recruiting a P2P Procurement Operations Transformation Manager for a remote UK-based role. You will lead a major end-to-end transformation programme, working with senior stakeholders to optimise processes, implement future-state operating models and drive automation across a complex, international landscape.

The 12-month FTC offers strong exposure to Board-level sponsorship and significant opportunities for extension as the programme progresses.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Experience in process standardisation and operating model design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience in large, matrixed organisations.
• Ability to drive automation and digital procurement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver P2P transformation initiatives across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Drive process standardisation and efficiency in procurement activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and governance.
• Support future-state operating model design and implementation.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, technology and business stakeholders.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital procurement improvements.
• Support large-scale, multi-year transformation with senior leadership visibility.
