Job summary

Ladders is seeking a P2P Platforms and Innovation Manager to lead evolution of procure-to-pay platforms with a focus on modernization, analytics, and governance. Remote - US based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available.

The role drives automation and AI-enabled capabilities, partners with global procurement and operations teams, and oversees offshore development for project enhancements and governance of the P2P portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in P2P/Procurement in a Fortune 500 company.
• Alternate path: High school diploma plus 12 years of P2P/Procurement experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or MedTech industries.
• Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand procure-to-pay platforms and solutions.
• Modernize P2P reporting and analytics to improve data access.
• Identify and pilot AI and automation use cases to enhance P2P processes.
• Partner with global procurement organizations and operations teams to drive improvements.
• Lead an offshore development team for project management and enhancements.
• Strengthen governance across the procure-to-pay technology portfolio.
