Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior P2P technology leader to own and expand Procure-to-Pay platforms, including case management and incident tracking. You will modernize analytics, drive AI initiatives, and partner with global teams to deliver scalable, governance-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes offshore delivery management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to realize business value. Previous Fortune 500 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procure-to-Pay, accounts payable, procurement or shared services in a Fortune 500 context
• Healthcare, life sciences, MedTech experience preferred
• ERP systems and analytics tools familiarity
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes and internal controls
• Proven track record in digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and case management tools
• Global shared services or BPO experience desirable
• Ability to lead offshore development resources and coordinate delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
• Adaptable with a drive for governance and reliability
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P platform development and maintenance across Procure-to-Pay
• Modernize analytics, dashboards and executive/operational reporting
• Identify and scale AI and automation opportunities in P2P
• Collaborate with process owners, procurement, operations and IT
• Manage offshore resources, priorities, testing and deployment
• Establish governance across the P2P tech portfolio
• Optimize end-to-end P2P operations using data and performance metrics
• Support digital transformation roadmap and adoption across the org
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align delivery with business priorities
