Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Director of Procure to Pay (P2P) to own and transform the global P2P engine, spanning procurement operations, AP, risk, controls, and automation infrastructure. The role will drive end-to-end automation, AI-driven approvals, and real-time spend visibility across third-party spend.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in P2P or shared services, deep cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with major P2P platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in procure-to-pay, procurement operations, or shared services, with senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing and executing global P2P transformation programs, automation, and operating model redesign.
• Deep functional expertise across procurement operations and accounts payable, with ERP platform familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global P2P strategy and operating model across geographies and business units.
• Own end-to-end P2P automation from intake to payment, reducing cycle times and manual effort.
• Lead AI-driven workflow orchestration and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Build real-time spend visibility, controls, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
